The ladies are back with even more empowering information to help everyone make healthier dietary choices. Come learn about what "raw" is and stay to listen to the information we are giving about Candida Yeast that evening as well. There should be some tasty offerings also that evening, space fills up quickly (as existing practice members can attest to) so reserve your seat today!

August 11th - The Cigna 5k Road Race 6pm

If you missed the opportunity to join our nhchiropractors team you can still strap on some sneakers and head downtown for this event...get out and get moving! You can also come and watch all of the fun from the sidelines and cheer us on. The race starts at 6pm so we will be ending our adjusting shift early that afternoon. Call Melissa or Lyn to reschedule your regular appointment time so you don't loose any healthy correction you've made to your spine.

August 20th - First Annual Amoskeag Chiropractic Family Yard Sale 8-2pm

We will be selling gently used items that morning and afternoon (in our parking lot) from 8-2pm and are opening space for others who are interested to come and stay to sell some of their gently used belongings. If you're interested please call Melissa or Lyn at 624-8000 to get the details. Additionally, we will be doing complimentary spinal screenings that day also, so tell all the people you know that life is better when you're well adjusted and share with them your experiences with chiropractic here in our office.
